2 PRODUCTS

The buyer assumes full responsibility for the child’s safety. Our products should never be used without proper adult supervision. DO NOT leave your child unattended whilst using our products. Our products contain small parts and the customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring the product purchased from us is used in a safe manner. Regularly check the product and discard IMMEDIATELY if it shows any sign or wear and tear or damage.

2.1 Fees and Payment Terms
2.1.1 Fees
a) All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of UK taxes (VAT) at the current rate (20%). For orders placed outside of the European Community it is your responsibility to claim any tax back.
b) Any customs or import duties levied once the product reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
2.1.2 Payment
a) The Chew Tree Company Ltd only accept credit card and debit card payments. You must provide The Chew Tree Company Ltd with valid payment information in connection with your orders.
b) By providing us with your payment information, you agree that (i) The Chew Tree Company Ltd is authorized to immediately invoice your account for all fees and charges due and payable to The Chew Tree Company Ltd hereunder, (ii) The Chew Tree Company Ltd is authorized to share any payment information and instructions required to complete the payment transactions with our third-party payment service providers (e.g., credit card transaction processing, merchant settlement, and related services).
c) You agree to immediately notify The Chew Tree Company Ltd of any change in your payment information.
2.1.3 Change in pricing
The Chew Tree Company Ltd reserves the right at any time to change its prices and billing methods. If payment cannot be charged to your payment card or your payment is returned for any reason, we reserve the right to either suspend or terminate your access to the unpaid-for services.
2.1.4 Currency conversion
If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
2.2 Orders
2.2.1 Order Acceptance
a) Any order you submit to The Chew Tree Company Ltd constitutes an offer to purchase.
b) If you do not receive a message from The Chew Tree Company Ltd confirming receipt of your order, please contact our Customer Service department before re-entering your order. The confirmation of receipt of your order does not constitute our acceptance of your order.
c) The Chew Tree Company Ltd is only deemed to have accepted your order once the products you ordered have been shipped.

2.2.5 Order Cancellation and Refunds
2.2.5.1 Order Cancellation policy

b) The Chew Tree Company Ltd reserves the right, if any product is discontinued or otherwise becomes unavailable to (i) cancel your order and provide you a refund for the amount paid for the Product (ii) substitute the product with a similar product or (iii) issue you a pro-rata refund.
2.3 Refund Policy
The Chew Tree Company Ltd does not issue refunds once the order has been successfully shipped. However, there may be exceptional cases where a refund may be appropriate. These include:
i. Items with damaged, missing parts or not in its original condition for reasons due to manufacturer’s error
ii. Items that do not meet the standards on receive
iii. Items that are not delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase
Note: The rights to return the products will not apply if the product has been used or not in its original condition. You can request a refund by emailing The Chew Tree Company Ltd support at thechewtree@gmail.com
2.3.1 Shipping for refunds
a) All returns must be shipped directly to The Chew Tree Company Ltd;
b) You are responsible for the return shipping cost(s) as well as resending the parcel, and it is non-refundable;
c) Depending on your location, the time it may take for the product to get to us may differ;
d) While shipping the item, ensure that the package is wrapped securely. And for your protection, we recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping company.
e) The Chew Tree Company Ltd cannot assure you that we will get the returned items, and cannot accept any liability for goods loss in transit.

2.3.2 Refund payments
The Chew Tree Company Ltd aims to handle your returns within 7 business days of receiving the goods. Upon receipt of the items and your refund is approved, it will take about 30 days for the original credit/debit card used to be credited.

If you are yet to receive a refund after 30 days, you should ensure to check your bank account. Then, you should;
a) Contact your card issuer, though it may take a while before the refund is formally uploaded.
